White Boards
The evolution from chalk board to white board. If you take a look at all the white boards around the office you’ll notice that (for the most part) they are full with information and creative ideas for taking Spark Hire to the next level. What does your white board say, and what can you do to make those ideas a reality?
In my case, the white board in front of my desk has four categories of assigned tasks for this department. Part of my job is to make sure that those assignments can be checked off. The other half has marketing ideas. Bringing those to reality is done by taking part in conversations about improving ideas. Every little bit helps.
The cool thing about white boards? No messy chalk dust. I remember doing problems in math class and by the end of the hour there was a layer of dust over everything. Not good for the lungs.
